Our Model

Our program is designed to academy standards. It is structured with formal weekly plans that build on technical and tactical skills throughout the entire season.  Every player experiences the same development strategy whether a U8 or a U18 player.  We also teach the importance of professionalism, personal accountability and other life skills.  Our players behavior on and off the field are as important as their technical skills and athleticism.

Member Benefits

We offer competitive training for U8-U19 girls and boys that includes a strength and conditioning, leadership training by USMNT and Massive leadership coach, Travis Thomas, classroom and video instruction, formal player evaluations and of course, the best on-field training in the region implemented by licensed professional coaches.

Dont fear failure. Fear being the same exact place next year as you are today.

Treasure Coast United Soccer Club is the longest active competitive program in Martin County.  We are also the only soccer club that originated in Palm City, Florida.  After years of a traditional design with Board, Director of Coaching and Coaches, the Club decided in 2015 to redesign the structure of the club.

Massive Soccer Coaching, with a proven history, was brought in on a permanent basis to provide training in accordance with their academy-style design.  All coaches report directly to and are employed by Fraser Foster, Director of Massive Soccer and this ensures a consistent, repeatable approach to coaching.

The Club pays Massive Soccer for the coaching service.  This model, unlike any in Florida, ensures our members receive consistent training, game tactics, modeled after proven methods delivered by professional coaches. Coaching is not their side or evening job.

It is their primary job.  This is what they do.  We want to offer quality instruction, consistent across all age groups in order to optimize the skill of each player in our club.  We don't build successful teams, we build successful players.  Team success comes naturally.
